CBT Adult Non-Clinical Group

Looking to make changes in your life but don't know where to start? This group is intended to provide life changing skills that can help you overcome your fears of moving forward, find motivation to accomplish your goals, and to help you stay calm and focused along the way. Learn CBT!

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are an important therapeutic tool and a key ingredient to I-CBT treatment.  Workshops help therapists recognize behaviors we can quickly address and develop social skills within a social setting.  One of our primary goals is to make sure that an individual can function and handle their symptoms in everyday life.

If you are receiving treatment with another provider, we may still enroll you into one of our groups. However, you will need to provide a referral from your existing therapist and a release form allowing us to communicate.  We will also accept a referral from a school counselor.  We will keep your therapist informed of  progress so that there is a continuum of care.   We will not accept a person into groups without a diagnosis or without therapeutic supervision.

Our children, adolescent and spectrum groups work on learning Social Skills, basic CBT techniques, and Emotional Intelligence. Our Art Group and Yoga group are designed to teach relaxation skills.  Bereavement group is designed to support the community in times of grief.  Brick Builder's group is designed to socialize children.
